Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
To start a return, please contact us at support@pexav.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pexav.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If the item is defective or the wrong item was received, we will send a replacement directly.
Returns Due to Change of Opinion
If you want to return an item due to a change of opinion, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care or hygiene products once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact support@pexav.com.
